INDIGENOMICS 2020 SPEAKERS
Sharing a Video?
If you are sharing a video, it is important to share with me at francine@istolo.net. This will ensure the best quality and deter streaming issues. If the videos are sitting within your PowerPoint presentation, it’s best we pause the PowerPoint presentation and add in the video from the host side. Please read through the video requirements below. You can have more than one video within your session, but they both need to meet the requirements below.
Video Requirements
Recommended Size: 1280 x 720
Maximum File Size: 100MB
Maximum File Length: 5 minutes
Pre-Recorded or Simu-Live Sessions
For the Indigenomics Demonstrations who want to share a pre-recorded session, there are two options. Both require the video to be sent to me by Friday at 1:00pm PST. It will require some uploading and scheduling on this side. Ideally through YouTube or Vimeo. The tech host will be in control of sharing the video on our side.
You can do a fully pre-recorded session. There would not be an option for live introductions or questions and answers afterwards.
You do have an option for a simu-live session. This is a mix of live and pre-recorded video. For simu-live sessions, your video file will need to be shared with me before Friday at 1:00pm PST. The length of your video will need to accommodate live introductions and live Q&A.
