INDIGENOMICS CONFERENCE ELDER

Lillian Howard is Mowachaht from the West Coast of Vancouver Island. She is of Nuu-chah-nulth, Kwakwaka'wakw and Tlingit Ancestry. Ms. Howard works part time at the Public Health Services Authority - Indigenous Health. Ms. Howard sits on the Vancouver Urban Indigenous Advisory Committee, Vancouver Police Department Indigenous Advisory Committee, Douglas College Aboriginal Advisory Committee, McCreary Centre Society, West Coast LEAF Aboriginal Advisory Committee and is also on the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra Indigenous Council. She also does work with Reciprocal Consulting. Lillian is an Indigenous, environmental and social justice advocate.
